"The stay was pleasant for a one night stay. I got checked in promptly. The room was clean, but a little stuffy. I turned the AC unit down, but it never did get real cool. Went to get some ice and the ice machine was off. Never addressed the issues with the staff. Didn't feel it was necessary."
