Western Oregon Historic Hotel

"Staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and spa, although towels were not always timely replenished. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired- we had a stained bath mat, crumbs on the desktop, and chocolate candy wrappers on the ground next to the bed. However, the room was quiet and we were comfortable otherwise. There is an overwhelming smell of musky perfume when you first enter the Lodge, which is unpleasant. Parking was very easy and convenient and the location allowed us to walk to multiple places to eat and shop. Overall, the experience was average but I’m not sure we would stay there again. "

"The room was not very clean there was hair in the bed and on floor in the bathroom. We were afraid that having them put other sheets on would have the same experience. "

The heater wasn’t working when we arrived and it was very cold, there was a dried white substance that had dried along the baseboard of the bed (we all know what it likely was) that was there when we arrived and never was cleaned even after saying something. "
