“On our first day as we were entering the room the fire alarm went off. It went off again roughly at 10 pm at night when I was already sleeping. I am a fully disabled veteran with ptsd and having to wake up to this again was extremely upsetting. I called Expedia and was told I should hear something from the manager the next day as they were off on our first day there. Unfortunately for me I was never called or checked up on. Guess it wasn’t that important for the manager to check up on a guest”

“Hotel Sylvia is a themed experience. It pays homage to Sylvia Beach, who owned a bookstore in Paris at the start of the 20 century and knew luminaries such as Hemingway and James Joyce. Each room is either a literary genre or author. Our room was very pretty and stylish, But there was not enough space for our things and surfaces to put things on. The side of the bed was too crowded by the wall and made getting in and out difficult. We ate breakfast at the restaurant. It had a great view but the……
