I've used this hotel in the past because it is right next to the Convention Center. It was always marginal in terms of upkeep, but it has declined. Bad odors, outdated fixtures, old carpets, failing hardware. It is comparatively inexpensive, to be fair.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall condition of the property was terrible. The carpets were filthy, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, and the facilities were poorly maintained. Cleanliness should be a basic priority for any hotel, but unfortunately, this place fell far below expectations.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. The room smelled like pee. We paid for two nights but left after the first night. We used to stay here and it was a clean hotel. Not sure what happened but in a matter of months it turned into what it is now, a disgusting place, with homeless people roaming around all day and night. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. You’re welcome.

The room keys had to keep getting reprogramed few times a day and one elevator has been broken for over a year so had a little longer wait for the good one that is noisy going up and down, it is a decent priced hotel for doing events at the Convention Center
