“We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view.

“I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. ”

“1. 住宿距離車站走路約7分鐘。我們訂的是Dom的房間。
有兩間兩人房，一間是一大床+淋浴間，一間是兩張單人床，空間比一大床的小一點，但兩間房都有陽台。另外還有一間有淋浴和浴缸合一的浴室，都提供有便攜式的沐浴用品和很好吹的吹風機以及毛巾和浴巾。
住宿環境很舒服，廚房也什麼都有（有冰箱），而且提供有策馬特的購物袋、明信片、巧克力可當禮物帶走。
提供有桌遊和DVD，電視可登入Netflix。
雖然沒有空調但是早晚真的很涼爽。
2. 很推薦入住。但有幾項要注意
1）飯店沒有當地才付款的選項，預訂後一個月內必須刷卡付款
2）入住前飯店會確認抵達的時間以及住宿人的基本資料要填寫
3）飯店要求離開前要將垃圾分類和自己拿去垃圾回收處丟棄。一般垃圾要使用橘色垃圾袋，飯店有提供一個在廚房水槽下面，如果需要更多要去超市或者跟飯店購買
4）廚房碗盤使用前務必自己清洗過再使用
5）沐浴用品不太會起泡，不習慣的人建議自己帶

如果飯店可以增加回收或丟一般垃圾的垃圾桶，讓住宿的人負責分類垃圾，然後飯店清掃的人再處理丟棄，這樣會更好。

“The view of the Matterhorn from the living room...spetacular. Different lighting of it during the day and early evening.The kitchen had plenty of utensils and everything you need to make a meal. Welcoming fruitbowl on the table and instructions on how eveything worked. One word FANTASTIC! Owner was also accessible by email and there was help in the building.”

“We loved our stay in Lauterbrunnen, and this property was a wonderful choice for our group of three couples. The location is excellent—just steps from the bus stop and with a lovely trail that leads directly into town.A few areas could use improvement. The mattresses, particularly in the loft, were quite uncomfortable, and the ones in the bedrooms felt close to worn out. “The apartment is just steps away from the West train station. Apartment was very clean and spacious. We stayed in a larger apartment last year on a lower floor. The top floor apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4. The lift makes it easy to bring luggage to room. Migro grocery store is just 2 minutes away by walking. "Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful.
Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room.
Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old.
Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
