“It has potential to be better. Nice room, comfortable bed. Bathroom floor was dirty. No staff onsite, but, were available through a chat. Nicely decorated/industrial loft vibe. Thin walls, we could hear everyone around and above us- we were also next to the elevator and a very loud group right above our unit had a late check in on our last night with multiple trips on the elevator (no less than 8). We had to wonder about fire safety- our unit had a sealed inaccessible window and no fire escape……

“Could use an update, but apartment was nice and clean. I have stayed here before without any issues. They were doing work in the building and it was very, very loud. ”

“The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment.”

“My husband, mom and I were in town to visit Graceland and explore the area so it was a quick trip - only 2 nights. This place was close to Graceland - very convenient. We rented a car making it easy to get around. I didn't see many taxis or ubers, so highly recommend renting a car if you want to do a bit of exploring. Would stay here again if ever we were going to be in the area. Daphne was very responsive! She made sure the lights were on when I let her know we'd be arriving very late.”

“Cy was awesome! When he didn't hear from me he made sure to watch for us as he lives close by and met us at the house since my response was never sent to confirm we knew the code to enter. The only thing that was missing was a pizza cutter my mistake for not confirming before I went to the store otherwise there's everything that you need to cook some food if you're cooking something. The place was spotless and if you're worried about security there's a state of the art system including cameras……

“Had a great stay. Loved the loft and its location. If we were to offer improvements it would be to fix and clean the air conditioning unit. So loud it woke everyone up and we found the filter on it was displaced and very clogged with dust. Other than that, it was great.”

“The house and yard was very clean and inviting. The rain left the outdoor patio chairs wet and dirty. But the warm waters of the Spa made up for that. My grandchildren had a blast. A very friendly neighbor and his dog introduced themselves during our visit. The owners set very clear expectations for the use of their property. That made it easy to decline extra visitors I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Memphis. I hope the owners would welcome us back.”

“Excellent location, excellent condo/ apartment. Tv remote in main bedroom had no volume control option. Bed in 2nd bedroom was too low to the ground. It was not what was advertised. Overall excellent facility. ”

“My wife, children, and I had a very pleasant stay at this condo for four nights. Jon was great at communicating with us, and check-in and check-out were smooth and uncomplicated. The location of the condo is great in terms of convenience, though this comes at the cost of it being in an area where I wouldn't walk around outside late at night. Parking can be tricky, but there are several public garages within 2 blocks where you can make a reservation in advance to ensure you'll have a place to……

“Location is just a short 5 minute drive to Beale Street, The Bass Pro Shop Pyramid and Mudd Island and it only took us around 20 minutes to reach Graceland. The private parking pad in back of house was a plus. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the little second story belcony. Great place to sit and have an evening drink or morning coffee. During our visit we did noticed a smoke smell upstairs despite the house being non-smoking. Overall I would recommend this property.”
