"Good stay. Wifi a bit slow, but everything is excellent"

"Like: Clean room and new modern design. The bed is very comfy. Zhoulette is very helpful and allowed to stay the same room. Great customer service. Dislike: no valet parking. Electric sockets in the room is not working. The girl who checks me in lock of customer service, and need training. I went to ask her about the coupon given to us she doesn’t know and told me to ask the restaurant. She did call the restaurant but you can see from her face she’s irritated."

"Property was clean and access to the beach was easy. Staff was also excellent. Price point of massages were also great and EXCELLENT! Highly recommend guests to check out massages while you’re there. Thank you to Kim for being so helpful when i first checked in. After a chaotic travel day, her warm welcome at the check-in desk was much appreciated!"

"Our room at Crimson was nice and clean. Staff were absolutely accommodating. Food was a little expensive. Transport from airport to the resort, and back, was flawless."
