“Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.”

“Pool area was nice. Gym looked good (I didn’t use it). Furnishings in room were cheap and getting a bit worn. Staff generally helpful and driendly, particularly in the pool bar area. Lots of students staying which made it noisy late at night. Probably the price paid matched the quality. We only needed to stay 4 nights so stay overall was satisfactory”

“The food was amazing, position to both the strip and Palma nova ideal . It’s on a steep slope so challenging for wheelchair access, ok once you are in the hotel , it’s beautiful and I’d recommend it for cleanliness and food plus location.”

“Our room was not cleaned by checkin time and we were given another room. Bathroom was smelly (not just during the checkin but during the entire stay. looks like some issue in plumbing). there were no bed covers for the blankets (i dont remembering reading that we have to bring our own blanket covers). The keypad lock at the apartment door does not work, we have to always use the key only. Somethings that were good: easy self checkin. Beach is just 50mts away. Very central and lots of options……

“The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues. There was some noise from neighbours on balconies in the evenings, but nothing after midnight which was fine by us. We had a great stay and the area was perfect. “Me and my friend went for couple days arrived late Monday contacted property to say we would be there for 11pm. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful, we had a studio with pool view the room was very clean and tidy balcony was a good size and the kitchen was great if you needed to cook but we never.
