“Friendly staff and great location! Short walk to the train station (about 7 min.) and to UW Milwaukee Panther Arena. Starbucks located right in the hotel, as well as a few restaurants/bars for drinks and food. Overall, my room was nice minus finding a used washcloth in the shower (I took a photo of it) and tried calling down to the front desk but no one answered. I understand that it was later at night (around 12:30/1 am) but that is when I noticed it. The elevators were fast too- another……

“Staff was extremely friendly & welcoming at check in & just as friendly at check out! Valet parking attendants were also friendly & very quick when car was needed. Rooms were clean & the shower was great! Warm cookies at check in were the best and then we were also offered them at check out! Will definitely stay here again.”

“I was with a large group of people whom had booked through the hotel website me and one other guest had booked through the Expedia website and were treated completely different than the rest of our group whom we’re all able to check in early and we had to wait until 4 PM check-in time. We also asked to be kept with our group and we were put on a completely different floor. the only difference is that we booked through Expedia I feel that we were treated differently because of that.”

“Breakfast was horrible. Honestly it was cold. Orange juice watered down. Waffles soggy or tough. No options for people who don’t eat pork for meat. Oatmeal looked like a pile of vomit. Breakfast potatoes were hard. ”

“Breakfast was served from 6:00 to 9:00 AM. Too early for many of us Seniors...I recommend extending it to 10:30 AM. Parking is not safe and should be closed during the night, it should have an electric gate, and guests could open it with room key card.”

“Unfortunately, the pictures do not accurately represent the property. Our room was not clean - we did contact the front desk and they willingly allowed us to move to a new (cleaner) room. The new room was cleaner, however then we had issues with the keys - our keys didn't work, the staff member's master keys didn't work, and one more set that was tried didn't work. It all worked out and we had an ok stay, but unfortuantely, if I am being honest, I can't recommend a stay here. ”
