“Clean comfortable room. The lighting was tricky(I’m not familiar with inserting your key card into a slot in order to activate electricity). An explanation would have been helpful. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful with transportation issues. In addition staff throughout the hotel - front desk, restaurant, bar - were very superior in attitude, appeared bothered by questions, not particularly friendly.
Breakfast, restaurant food and service, housekeeping, room conditions were all……
“Nice family run hotel in great downtown location in Westport, walking distance from shops, pubs and restaurants. Great breakfast and nice bar too. Service in the. At wasn’t great though and the place needs better attention to detail in maintenance and tool management. Our bathroom sink was blocked and the table and chairs in the bedroom was blocking the clothes cupboard. Other little things didn’t show a great commitment to quality that would make me reconsider staying again.”
