“The room was clean, the property was clean, easy smooth check-in. I gave the staff a lower rating for a few different reasons. When we first walked in, I found it odd the night person who works the desk was glued to his phone on the chairs a couple feet away from the desk. Didn't get a greeting, until he got up to check us in. And twice I went to the desk (during the night) and there was no one there, waited and waited and nothing. Yet they say they're there 24 hrs a day. I also said good……

“staff were minimal help when i had a question, zero follow up, felt like there were “long term guests” that lived there which felt intimidating when arriving back late at night. our trailer was broke into at night fortunately it was empty so nothing was stolen.”

“Front door of the property broken. Swimming pool closed down for supposed maintenance.Stains on the carpet, cigarette burns in the curtains. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake.”

“Greeted at front desk as I walked in for check in. Staff are friendly and helpful and the lobby is a great spot for getting together with a small group in the evening to catch up. Breakfast options provided were typically for continental breakfast. Overall a great location and would stay here again.”
