“Host was very quick to respond to my questions before and during our trip. Its is withing walking distance to stores and many restaurants. It was very cozy and super clean. Sent car info ahead of time and it was nice to be able to have a parking pass to park in the garage vs street parking. Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to stay again next year!”

“The apartment was clean and smelled amazing. The area, while not a stylish, middle class area wasn’t terrible. The neighbors were polite and didn’t bother us. Great experience, would rent again.”

“This unit has many great attributes. The host, JC, provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions. The location is very convenient and easy to access. It is very close to NRG so I can imagine certain events might make traffic a challenge, but we had no issues the weekend we were there. As another guest mentioned, the neighborhood felt a little “sketch”, but the property is very secure, quiet, and felt safe. We walked along Braeswood Bayou which is super close to the property. “Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful.”
