"This hotel was so clean and comfortable! Friendly front desk staff, comfortable beds, spotless rooms, excellent shower pressure. Lemon water and popcorn in lobby and a great breakfast in the morning. Beautiful location too!"

"Stayed there twice. First time was when I got into Michigan with my daughter. Room smelled of chlorine but next to pool. No breakfast as mentioned when booking. Booked hotel for the night before I had to leave and still no breakfast. Asked about it and they said it’s under renovations. Mentioned that while booking it had breakfast included and he said he doesn’t know why it’s on there and maybe I should ask for a discount."

"SPOTLESSLY CLEAN quiet room with very comfortable beds. Microwave and larger “dorm” sized refrigerator/freezer were also both spotlessly clean. DOVE products for toiletries which was fantastic. Wonderful breakfast: sausage gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, etc. The staff is very helpful and we received FRIENDLY and SUPERIOR assistance from Jay..always with her wonderful smile..THANK YOU. Hotel is very close to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and has a gas station across the street to make refueling a breeze. Has coin operated washing machine and dryer for $2 each but no change machine so make sure to bring your own quarters (both machines were spotlessly clean). This is our second multiple day stay at this hotel and it has been rock solid on both occasions. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay! The property was as described and had lots of extras included. We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The property manager was automatics emails so can’t say much about communication. We did have a run in with the shower handle falling off during our stay and ended up finding tools to fix it, never heard back from the property manager about it. There also was no working light for the bedroom but didn’t bother asking about it over the holiday. A hose outside by the fire pit would also be nice to put out the fire when its done. Other than those few issues we had a great time and enjoyed being so close to Munising for day trips during our stay."
