“We loved this hotel and the people who worked there! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! especially Madeline our bartender, what an amazing person, we looked forward to seeing her each night when we got back to the hotel. The location was perfect for us to attend the Ohio State game, the mile trail to the stadium was so convenient. The food at the bar was great and the breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Whenever we stay in Columbus we will be at the Hyatt House. ……
“We enjoyed our stay on the Jungle Oasis. The space was clean, easy to access, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It was quick access to several venues, shops, and places to eat. It was great having Goodale Park right in the front yard.
We will stay there again next time we're in Columbus.
We had some questions, response was immediate.
A few things could use repair and the backyard needs cleaned up.”
“Such a cool stay, I traveled solo for a show and had an extra day off so for the price it was perfect. I was able to do laundry and store my belongings. They also offered bikes for transportation, very nice stay def would stay again!”
“I just want to say Kristin the manager was unbelievable!! I went thru Expedia to book my room and there was a problem with the 3rd party (Expedia) paying the hotel for the room. Kristin went above and beyond to help me with this. She was very persistent and after over an hour she finally got ahold of Expedia and got this taken care of.
