"Great room, friendly staff, lively pub/venue downstairs with live music, great location with very close walking distance to the harbour & only around a 10min walk from the beach, right opposite a JD Weatherspoons (if that's your kind of thing!).

"Great location for harbour, beach, shopping, buses etc. Free off street parking. Clean room and bathroom. Room with fridge, tea and coffe and tv, comfortable bed with sheet as well as duvet which was welcomed, and had fan in room. Breakfast was really excellent, lots of choice cereal fresh fruit yogurt breads plus cooked or continental. Chris and Jackie very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Would recommend."

"Anyone who has stayed here before will certainly be a return! the place is spotless, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the location is awesome, our room was a sea view room with a spy glass which my daughter used instead of her telescope and we both had the most amazing stay. "I had a lovely stay. The owners/staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Even though it’s connected to a pub you couldn’t hear a thing. The bed was comfy and the ensuite bathroom was gorgeous The only negatives are, I couldn’t leave my window open as there was an easily accessible large ledge right outside and the window could be opened fully from the outside if left open so I didn’t feel safe to leave open. The parking is a small walk (2 mins) and you have to park in a loading bay to check in and then get the parking permit which wasn’t fully explained when I booked. I would definitely stay here again. "
