“No toothbrush and shampoo, other than that everything is good”

“This motel is a great value for the pricey area of its location. The room was quiet and clean, but ventilation was poor and the floor felt damp, particularly after our showers. No amenities (shampoo, facial tissue) were provided, and coffee was available only in the lobby. The beds were comfortable, but housekeeping came only once in the 4 days we stayed. There was lingering smell of tobacco smoke in the hallways.”

“When we got to the room, it was not serviced. Smelled smoke even though it was non-smirking room. I went to the front desk immediately & we got a new room. The front desk lady was very apologetic & talking with the service person as I got a new key. The hotel was renovated somewhat, but you can tell that it was an old facility. The drain in the shower was not great. Even though the bed sheets looked clean & didn’t smell, I think I got strange bug bite in my back. I could tell that there were……
