“My wife and I stayed at this property visiting one of her lifelong friends. Plumbing in the shower /tub did not work. We reached out to management and they said that's just how old plumbing is. However, I own multiple rent houses and deal with these issues often. It was not the old plumbing. It's a simple fix of replacing the spout for the shower tub complex to work. Furthermore, upon leaving the owner called us and asked us to pay extra for a dog. We never had a dog and we were on our way to……

“We really enjoyed our 6 night stay for our family of 4. The location is excellent and you can walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely helpful, and the common areas and pool were especially beautiful. The only slight negative was that the bathrooms were a little dated, but everything was very functional and comfortable and we spent most of our free time on site at the pool and in the lounge areas anyways. Overall, a 10/10 stay and we would go back.”

“Our room was spacious, clean and nice. Outside the building there is repair that needs done. We could ride our bikes to the historic downtown Santa Fe area. Not walkable. Breakfast was very good! Hot tub was not working.”

“The staff was nice . They seemed understaffed. The front desk is also the valet and Porter. . The thing we didn’t like the most about the hotel is there are no mirrors no mirrors out in the hallways or in the room. There was one mirror in the room over the sink. Nothing else in the room. My friend is 5 foot , to petite to reach the mirror at all. If I did not bring a hand mirror, she would not have had anything to put her make up on with no mirror to help get you dressed and like I said no……

“Staff was helpful and nice. We were given an accessible room, which was okay but the bathroom was weird. Small sink and there was a table to store stuff. No toilet lid. Poor lighting in the room so it was pretty dark even during the day. We had issues with the AC. Somebody came and did something with the vent in the ceiling and said that should make it work. Well, it didn't. We were told we would be given fans but never received any. We ended up buying our own. Easy to walk to many shops and……
