After waiting five minutes without seeing a soul, I pushed open the door into the kitchen to request some assistance, if available. A waitress finally appeared and rudely shouted at me to get out of the kitchen. I tried to explain that no one had been present at the bar/reception for along time hence the need and she ignored me completely shouting again to get out of the kitchen....
