Lovely big room. We had room 8 which was a down stairs room. It was clean airy and had a lovely big bed. A tv on the wall which moved around so you could watch it on the bed or the 2 seater sofa. There was a heater and a fan. Kettle and tea, coffee hot chocolate sugar, milk and biscuits. We only met Rachel and she was lovely and chatty and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. It was a 5 minute walk into the town and it was lovely and quiet. We got the parking permit which was £5 for the whole stay and can park on the streets around the hotel. We never had a problem finding a space.

Everything we needed

Great location, lovely owners, clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was great, as signal was limited. Parking on arrival was a bit difficult but that was to be expected as it was the bank holiday weekend and it was packed, it calmed down during the week.

I had a wonderful stay at Kimberly House in Whitby. The single room was a beautiful, cosy little space — extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveller. I felt completely safe and well looked after. The owners were so kind and helpful, with excellent communication throughout. Whitby itself was gorgeous as always, and being able to enjoy it while feeling well rested in such a welcoming place made the trip even more special. Highly recommend!

Parking was on the street. We stayed during a busy weekend so parking was bit hard to find but only 5min walk away. It cost £5 for the weekend. Hotel it great location with a. 10min walk into town or 10minute walk to beach. Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to provide extras for our stay. We had the family 2 bed room on the top floor. There's alot of stairs to get to it and the last few to the room are narrow. The room is in the loft with alot of low beams. I hit my head several times.
