The hosts were very amicable and not only let me reschedule the timing of my trip, but were able to get me in for an addition two days after my business ran overtime. They are always very friendly and helpful as well as interesting people. Will definitely return.”

“Beautiful old home and so convenient to every thing you might want to do in Ashland! The property was incredibly comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen had enough staples to make cooking for ourselves easy and the grocery store and Co-op were minutes away walking. You are located right in the down town area so quick walk to see Shakespeare plays or explore Lithia park. Property manager was super easy to communicate with and quick to reply to any inquires. “I booked multiple rooms for family. A family member was supposed to stay in one of the rooms asking with their cat. Unfortunately, the motel does not accept cats. They refunded that room and the family member stayed at the local BW.”

“Great location right on the Rogue River. Was fun watching the rafters float by. Bed was comfy. Room was good size as pictured. However, the bathroom was tiny tiny. Very difficult to get in and out of the shower. Manager says that this room is to be remodeled. It needs it to improve the bathroom situation. This is the only hotel we have ever stayed in that did not provide ice. We had to go across the street and buy ice.”

“Finding the place was easy if you stick closely to the directions. I prefer to stay a bit out of town usually and this is only 15 minutes from Medford. There are two routes to get there, I prefer the back route off the freeway, which adds about 3 minutes, but we saw an abundance of wildlife that way, and avoided the traffic on I-5. On the way in, we passed a small group of deer just 30 yards from our cabin, on the property. The place is immaculate. The kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living……

“Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed preparing breakfast here. The garden was outstanding! We arrived to see roses and iris blooming all around the……
