“The plumbing was a major issue toilets didn’t flush would flood and come back up the sink all the beds were broken and when I contacted host about it she tried to say that was how they’re supposed to be it’s literally cones holding the beds up, laundry was mildew left in the washer, the beds were filthy with stains I only stated due to me traveling far and having no alternatives but I took pictures of EVERYTHING!! We could have used some extra blankets, there were missing remotes, and a broken doorknob locked us out late at night. “I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I would advise that you ensure you bring your own hygiene products, and hair dryer. If you use one as I didn’t have used as a property. Had some difficulty in getting the door code to gain entry, received it an hour and a half after check-in. The mattress is a little firmer than I like and so were the pillows. "I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
