「We checked in late but the reception was wonderful and ready to go when we got there」

「The hotel is older but has gone a refurbishing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The noise from the trucks on I-81 was slightly bothersome but otherwise a good place to stay. 」

「I am giving this a lower review for a few reasons, the mattresses were so uncomfortable and the bed frame in the main bedroom rattled like a bunch of chains every single time you would move. Living room furniture was also pretty uncomfortable. Finally the first night we were there, there were strong storm that came through in the early morning and the main bedroom has a slight hang over the base structure and it actually shook the entire room, kind of unnerving. 「The hotel needs an upgrade, I love Fairfield typically. The shower was very outdated and was hard to operate. The walls throughout the hotel and doors were very runned down. The breakfast was not great compared to what they typically have and the pool was closed! Without any warning. Also trains go by all night woke up at 11am 4am and 6 because of it not sure they can help that but wouldn't stay here again. Also smelled of weed on the first floor by the elevators. For $200 a night it's shameful...
