“Super warm and cozy! Very accurate listing, bathroom was very clean, loved the coffee bar and that you provide jams and other items we didn’t want to bring up with us. Neighborhood is quite and felt safe even though it’s older. House is close to the porcupine mountains park and lots of deer everywhere! Will stay here again in the summer! Communication with host was absolutely excellent!!! Super fast responses. Thanks for a great stay!”

“This older house is just a short walk from beautiful Lake Superior. The air is crisp, clean and there is no better healing for your soul than to breathe deep and experience it’s calming presence. Host furnishes everything for a comfy stay, nice towels, soaps, paper products, firewood for beach campfire, even camp/bag chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, I even found a rolling pin. “The condo was clean and cozy and our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy and the jetted tub was an added bonus. Unfortunately due to lack of snow the lift right next to the condo was not running but had it been this is an excellent location for ski in ski out. It was only a short walk to the new high speed lift. Myron was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be booking for next year hopefully the snow will be back for next year!”

“The home is in an ideal location. Right on Lake Superior and far enough from things that you feel private but close enough to necessities to be convenient. The home is super clean and well equipped. If I were coming to the area again, I would definitely stay. You can not beat the views, sunsets and beach. Stay here! You won’t be sorry!!”

“My son, daughter in law and I go on a hiking trip in the UP every year. This year we selected the Porcupine Mountains. I selected the Oar’Asis cabin for our home base - perfect size, location and price. We were not disappointed - the cabin is absolutely adorable. Our hostess, Heidi, left the door open & lights on for our arrival, which was a bit late in the day. The clean, comfortable beds felt great after a day of traveling. In the morning Heidi greeted us with a pan of delicious blueberry……
