“The tv, internet and little plug in heater for the room didn’t work. It took about 15 minutes to get some warm water for a shower and the breakfast was not fit. I stayed here because I was In a pinch but I’ll sleep in my vehicle next time.”

“Breakfast was always good. Five days of goodliness.
Staff was always cleaning vacated tables to insure the readiness for new users. Parking was quite adequate, both front and back of the hotel. Had a few issues with the digital key cards. Possibly because of card touching too close to my phone in my pocket, the cards failed to unlock our room door. I have to admit, the rooms are getting somewhat tired and could use a bit of TLC.
Hallways were quite noisy as we had young hockey teams staying……

“The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. “It was a nice updated hotel. The cable TV was clear, Nespresso machine, shampoo smelled nice and the room came with slippers which was a nice touch. There was no hand lotion or coffee in the lobby though which differs from other similar tiered hotels. However, it's just the trade offs between different hotels. ”
