“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. She gave us the ticket only when we insisted . Luckily we were taken to the room by a friendly staff when……

Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. “Beautiful old hotel located in a perfect spot to explore the city. The rooms are definitely dated but it’s an old hotel so it should be expected! Clean and comfortable with very pleasant and helpful staff. I was very happy with my choice!”
