“The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. I'm glad we were in the room and they left. If we weren't there we don't know what would……

“5 stars for the value. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very quiet and nice, and there’s a convenient breakfast option in the morning. If you’re flying out, passing through, or just need a break from the toll interstate, this place is a great choice — it’s right off the ramp and the price is just right. Is it different from a $170 hotel room? Sure. The beds are a little firmer, the pillows are smaller, the bathroom is more basic, and the breakfast is good but probably not for……

“Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We found the bed very uncomfortable. Not our worst stay at a motel. We were looking for a less pricey motel that would take our dogs. Pet friendly was their selling point and they delivered there.”

“The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card.”

“Our tub drain was very slow. Hair on shower wall and shoe prints on bathroom floor were gross. Pool was out of service. Internet connection did not work. Computer station was out of service. I could go on.”

“The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The tv remote didn't work correctly. The bed sheets don't fit and continually come undone. The furniture it beginning to look shabby and my door key was deactivating during my stay.”

“Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice.”
