「It was mold in the room. The air conditioning only cool down 1 side of the room, the sheet has hair on them, the wash rags were filthy and let's not start on people knocking on your door randomly mine you they don't even have a room there. Our stay was supposed to be from Friday to Monday me and my husband ended up just staying there for 1 night.」

「The staff and hotel were nice and conveniently located. Our issue was with our room. It was NOT clean and there were no other rooms available due to a softball tournament. The shower had hair in the catch, BOOGERS on the wall, the towels were messed up as if they hadn’t been replaced, there was a coffee cup in the fridge, the floor had clearly not been mopped, an air freshener was left on the ledge, the ice bucket was UNDER the bed and everytime we moved it sounded as if the bed was going to...

Breakfast started at 6:30 and toaster n counter covered in crumbs from day before. Even though I paid for 2 nights I left after 1 night. Had to drive 40 minutes to find another hotel with vacancy because of youth World Series. Trash cans outside overflowing. 0 out of 10」

「It is like going back in time!! The Hotel is a very interesting Landmark!! It is very peaceful!! The Hotel and landscaping is beautiful!! It is off the beaten path however, it is still a perfect location, especially with the ferry ⛴️ service right there!! Everything thing is wonderful regarding what you would want in your accommodation, especially, the staff and their passion for making your stay at the Whitehaven Hotel a memorable one 🌹🌹」
