Very adequate older hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The area around the hotel is very walkable, and there are several very nice restaurants within walking distance.

Very convenient for the M6. Staff friendly & helpful. First room, the power didn't work. We were moved, but in the second room, the toilet was leaking from the base. It was late, we were only there for one night & the bathroom was useable, so we didn't ask for another move.

I stayed there about 2004/5 when it was a Premier inn so was disappointed this time. The staff were excellent and the food was good. The premises were tired looking with worn and dirty carpets. All in all I would hesitate to return.

Lovely weekend stay. Room very clean and tidy staff very friendly and accommodating. Shower nice and hot. Food served in Pub in front of the hotel building, quite popular but staff very helpful and food fantastic

Just needed somewhere close to Wigan so location good. Very dated building but room was nice, great parking and great if you can get the right price if you are travelling and need a stop over as opposite the motorway junction

Im from wigan originally we came down for my neice wedding it was hood that my family came into the pub and we had a few drinks. We had breakfast on Sunday morning and it was the best weve ever had. The staff were friendly & helpful The rooms could so with a bit of TLC apart from thay excellent weekend Definitely stay again next time down in wigan

The staff at the Mount were second to none!

Stayed at the Mount for a trip to a family wedding. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Living in London and having experienced 5* hotels there, the staff at the Mount surpassed the customer experience by far!!
