We really enjoyed our stay, the property is so quiet at night, the host was very helpful and the breakfast choice was excellent. We only stayed one night on our way to Stornoway but if we're ever this way again we'll stay at Midtown B&B.

The whole farm house was lovely. The bedroom was huge and very clean, the bed comfy, the big victorian style bathtub was a great feature in the bedroom and very nice after a long days drive. The made to order breakfast was very tasty and the Owner was very friendly and accommodating. The area looked beautiful but didn't manage any exploring as it was just an overnight stop so we will definitely be back.

Really nice, clean place about 7km from Bowness and the start/finish of the Hadrian's Wall and about 20 mins in the car from the centre of Carlisle. Excellent breakfast and really friendly proprietor.
