"Very nice hotel in an historic building. The staff was great. The French breakfast was delicious. "

"Restaurant was closed, lack of maintenance on rooms. You have to wash your dishes in the bathroom or you get charged for not doing it. The bed was probably 40 years old like the rest of the furniture, hard a a rock. To top it off paint flaking off in the bathroom and the thick Black Mould on the ceiling due to no ceiling fan. Website had a great photoshop job done on it to make it look good."

"Clean room but much much smaller than the photos. Staff are lovely. Great steak on a Thursday night"

"Room was clean but a little dated and the shower grout needed mould attended to! For the cost of the room it really needs a bathroom reno. No recycling bins provided (odd on the edge of a wilderness conservation are). Room ‘looked’ on the car park so as opposed to a garden with cars coming and going a lot. "

"Self check in was easy. Unit was clean and spacious. Availability of a laundry is a bonus."

"Nice place to stay if you're staying in the very quiet town of Queenstown. The room is spacious with a kitchenette and dining table, sofa, and large bed. Parking is right in front of your unit. Oddly, the restaurant is closed on the weekends."
