Master bedroom has one queen bed.
Master closet contains two folding cots.

New red oak natural hardwood floors in living room, dining area, foyer and hallway. New carpet in bedrooms
Beautiful gardens, waterfalls, pools with spa/hot tubs.
Fully appointed fitness center, game room, sauna and steam room are all a short walk within the complex. Children and adults really enjoy the amenities and around the clock security. Seapointe life guards are stationed on our private beach and at our pools.
Balcony - Very Best Location - Great views. Very secure inside complex location.
We thought it was of utmost importance for our photos to show views from our balcony. No surprises. We want you to sit on our balcony and say "Wow", not "Oh". We are always glad to talk about Seapointe and share information.
Note: Exact location of our condo: See close up on the satellite view of Diamond Beach. We are at the front half (toward ocean) of Bldg. (white roof) at Seapointe Blvd. and Memphis Ave. Notice from our pictures that you will have a great view of the ocean and the oceanfront pool. We spend a lot of time on our balcony and we want you to know your view. On these sites there are many photos of what you will see from above and throughout the complex; these are great but from some balconies the view and noise level may be quite different from our condo. First comments have always included satisfaction with the balcony views. Suffice it to say - a lot of time is spent on the balcony.
All electric unit(water heater, air conditioning, appliances). Unit has fire suppression system and multi-function detectors.

Perfect location. Ocean and pool views.
We had such a great time on our vacation in The Crest! Everything we needed was at our fingertips! Frank gave us a tour and recommended restaurants in the area. All were loved by our family! The unit was clean and comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own sand chairs. The ones there could use an upgrade. Would definitely go back next year! Great stay! Thanks Frank!

Great location for a family vacation!
Firstly, I can't express enough how much Frank did to make our vacation week perfect. His unit is just as pictured on the website. The view is wonderful and you can't ask for a better location. His unit is well stocked with essentials, such as towels, linens, and kitchen essentials, and he tells you to use whatever you need. He provides beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart for you to use. He goes out of his way to make sure you have an enjoyable vacation. If you need to contact him, he repllies within a short time. We would definitely rent his unit again. It was a great vacaton.

Perfect location, view, condo, and host!
Our week began by meeting Frank, our thoughtful and accommodating condo owner, who helped us settle and showed us all we needed to know for a perfect vacation week. He has everything you need in his well appointed condo. The linens and towels are soft and plush, the furnishings and carpet are great. Beach accessories, including a cart, umbrellas, and chairs are conveniently provided and the kitchen is well stocked. The view is beautiful and you really can’t beat the location. I began every morning with tea on the balcony and a walk on the private, well-maintained beach. The pools and whirlpools are great and so convenient. The garage parking insures you don’t get wet if it’s raining, and our granddaughters absolutely loved the place. They caught sunrises on the beach with my son-in-law, couldn’t get enough of the pools and ocean, and had an amazing time. This is my new favorite northeast beach vacation place and we will return for certain. The VRBO photos do not do the condo justice. It’s really nice! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great place with a fabulous view and everything you need for a first rate beach vacation experience.

Great Location for Beach and Pool
Seapoint is a great place to relax with family and friends. Beach, Pool, Hot Tubs, BBQ areas, firepits, basketball etc. We could always find a place to hang out on the property that was always being cleaned. Frank was great and met us as soon as we arrived. Place was clean and neat. It had everything we needed - and more! Great View - Great Location.

Wonderful!
Well let’s first talk about Frank the owner. He made everything as smooth and easy as possible. He had basics stocked in the house in case we forgot anything. He was available to quickly answer any questions we may have. He secured us a parking spot and luggage rack on arrival. He really made us start our trip off smoothly and that was greatly appreciated after a long car ride with young children. The location of his unit is perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and everything worked perfectly. We had a wonderful time and would def recommend staying at Franks if you are visiting Seapointe.
