“This is a fine hotel for travel near Tallahassee. Quiet, clean and comfortable. It's not the 4 seasons, but prefect for the price. The check in was easy and the staff were very nice. ”

“This lodge is a hidden gem. The property is beautiful, clean and the staff is very polite. The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent and so was the service. If you’re looking for a quiet get away this is the place. I’m not sure if they allow it but this would be an excellent wedding venue. ”

“Worth the drive from FSU!! Lovely hotel, spacious, gorgeous rooms and we had 4 rooms for our family that were perfect. Beds were comfy, jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, first class all the way. Luckily we booked 8 months in advance so we got a good rate. A bit of price gouging for graduation time but not as bad as in Tallahassee! Very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it!”

“We stayed at this property while visiting Tallahassee for an FSU game, and found this gem about 40 minutes away from the stadium. The property is at the top of what seems to be an apartment complex with about 7 other units with tenants. It is a small unit, with a very cohesive interior design with beautiful updated fixtures. The unit itself was very clean and tidy. The inside space is a bit on the small side, but there is a very good use of space. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful……

“Very natural setting. Best porch sitting ever. St Marks River is your front yard. The house well stocked with necessities. Like visiting your grandmother’s house. Very cosy and sweet. Hope to come back again.”

“We enjoyed a memorable experience! The host Debbie was incredible in terms of attentiveness, flexibility and overall hospitality! As tournament anglers, we arrived at the property to find a pole barn style parking location for all 4 of our boats with power and water. The log cabin has a great full kitchen with an awesome bar filled with seating and an awesome den and dining room. The bedrooms were top notch! I highly recommend this property and this will be our Panacea "Go-To" place to stay!……

“Very nice accommodations, kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, large front and rear porch. Located across from pool and tennis court which was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.”

Having a golf cart to ride around the community was such fun. If you are looking for a quiet getaway to just sit and relax this is a wonderful place.”

“Originally rented for myself and my wife for an anniversary stay. But when she had some health issues, she insisted I invite a couple of cycling friends and go anyway. The property was perfect for us as the 50+ mile Capital City to Sea Trail mid-point is only a few miles up the road. The mobile home has some age on it, but is in good shape considering, and very clean and comfortable.”

“Carolyn was fantastic! She communicated with us early and often and made sure everything was to our liking. During the 15 years that we have vacationed in Florida, we have never had a host that did as much as Carolyn. The property is clean and well cared for and offers a Tremendous amount of peace and quiet and so close to Tallahassee. The home is a little small for the number of people that it would accommodate. The property is adjacent to the Tallahassee Saint Marks, bike trail and offers……
