“Our stay was very enjoyable. The place was welcoming , clean and relaxing. Our host made us feel like we were home. An excellent breakfast was served. We highly recommend staying here. ”

“The staff at the front office was awesome! He was friendly and welcoming. The room was not the cleanest and was falling apart. The sports bar isn’t open and they still had the menu in the room so that was lame. The location is great for getting to the mall and bars/restraunts ”

“Smelly room/paper thin walls Non-smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Could hear neighbours swear/fight in room next door /fighting lasted throughout entire night/morning. ”

“Room was clean, beds were comfortable, had upper floor and noise was minimal. Heard it could be sketchy in the area and around hotel at night but we had no issues. Overall good stay.”

“I had mixed feelings about my stay. Looks like the main level has really undergone major renovations (though a kitchen water tap was falling off and barely functioning, and the stove was not allowed to be used), but the basement level where my room was appeared to resemble a slum. Filthy rugs and walls, cracked lamp, freezing cold room, torn bedding, a garbage bin in the kitchen with a broken pedal, so you need to touch the dirtiest lid to toss your garbage…The smell of piss in the hallway and a……

“Staff wer le extremely friendly and comfortable/clean”

“Breakfast was always good. Five days of goodliness. Staff was always cleaning vacated tables to insure the readiness for new users. Parking was quite adequate, both front and back of the hotel. Had a few issues with the digital key cards. Possibly because of card touching too close to my phone in my pocket, the cards failed to unlock our room door. I have to admit, the rooms are getting somewhat tired and could use a bit of TLC. Hallways were quite noisy as we had young hockey teams staying……

“Beautiful historic hotel. The room although small, was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and Winston's English pub ( on site) had amazing food! ”

“Had a great stay overall. One suggestion for the breakfast menu: it would be nice to include additional protein options, such as sausages. During our visit, the only protein available was boiled eggs, though this may have just been specific to that day. I’ve visited some of their locations before, and they offered a wider variety of protein choices, which made the breakfast experience even better. ”

“There was no breakfast served like it was advertise very bad only muffins and juice for breakfast not even t entertainment everything in that hotel was closed take it of your list not worth to stay there ”
