Great comfortable villa in the villages

January Fun

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The use of the golf cart was very helpful, as we used it to go to nearby executive golf courses. Very good central location in The Villages. Kitchen was very well supplied and bed was very comfortable. Also, shower was really nice. We would stay here again!

Beautiful and comforable

This villa is just beautiful! So very comfortable and welcoming. Decorated very nice and super clean. We loved the location, and really loved the Fenny area. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Best trip ever

Loved this house. Ednas, Fenney Grill, Sawgrass, Brownwood, Lake Sumpter, Hogeye & Black Lake paths were amazing. We saw baby Mockingbirds, Mourning Doves and Brown Thrashers in the yard. Add some golf and a very nice golf cart it all adds up to a great stay. I hope to book here again in the future.

Wonderful Month Long Vacation

Inside the couch and master bed very comfy. Great shower. Loved the Sugarcane Rec Area. Beautiful pool and park. Friendly people. The golf cart was icing on the cake!

Also this location is close to the turnpike and 75 and we would take 75 down to Clearwater beach for the day.

Perfect Rental Home!

This was our first time renting in the Villages and this home was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Down Home Properties was great to work with. It was simple to check in and check out. We loved the screened lanai and birdcage. It was a great place to relax and read in the sunshine. Location was great to buy groceries and eat at Fenney Grill. Enjoyed the Saturday mornin;g Farmers Market at Brownwood Square. Loved everything about our trip including this home!

Overall stay was very nice.

I was totally stressed due to my home being left in shambles along with losing my beloved dog of 16 1/2 years. So I apparently lost gate pass key. Think 50 replacement for this key is really over priced. Due to the fact you can get one as a resident for 15 dollars. Very sad. But it is what it is. It was in the contract. So it was a hidden fee but still overwhelmed with the price gouching

The Villages are a great place to relax , but we were on a house hunting mission, so a lot of our trip was spent on the road, but mission accomplished!
