“Had a problem with my toilet leaking, but management was very responsive and fixed it the next morning. The only other complaint I have is that my key card kept demagnetizing and I'd have to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. This happened twice during my stay.”

“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……

“Stay 6 nights for biz trip. Friendly staffs for my late check-in & early check-out. Quiet location and several malls are nearby by the Car. Acceptable breakfast and clean room. However, easy to be wake up by the noise when neighboring guests closed their doors. To sum up, this hotel is still my first favorite for next stay.”
