“The Luv Happii House is adorable. This was an A experience. The house is newly renovated and absolutely spotless. The decor is so cute, retro-chic. Whether you are into the theme of the house or not makes no difference, it’s a great stay. The townhome community is older, very well kept up with manicured lawns and mature trees. Very quiet community. We enjoyed our stay and host was very thoughtful and responsive. ”

“Loved this VRBO! We stayed here over Halloween weekend and had the best time! Very clean, everything looks how the pictures look! Only downside I can genuinely say is the room closest to the street side can get a little noisy with the morning traffic but you are obviously in Chicago so that’s granted. And it only got noisy on that Monday and not the actual weekend. And the only other thing was on the email with all the instructions and check in and check out time, it gave me the wrong check out……

“Lovely and well appointed condo. The location was perfect. Close to major highway access but quiet and green all around. Beautiful view and wonderful balcony to enjoy it. One of the best we have stayed in. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again”

“Over all it was clean and the area was a great environment don't look like it from the outside but when you get in the inside it not bad If I would suggest anything just a little more Ac for the back room but other then that everything else was good”

“Great condition, all rooms as pictured. Is a 3rd story space so be prepared to climb exterior stairs for access. Owner very responsive. Easy access to CTA. Nice benefit to parking spot at back of unit.”

“Overall experience was really good. House was very clean and looked like pictures. Loved the location. Would definitely go back. Didn’t have a lot of cookware so if you are planing to cook you might want to bring pans. ”
