「Ended up staying here for business as my go to property was sold out! Very clean and enjoyed the onsite gym & food hall. Only criticism would be there is no business center and the front desk said they don't print documents for guests but will just this once. With there being meeting space on site would recommend adding printing capabilities somewhere or accommodating at the front desk. If that issue was resolved I would stay here regularly for work.」

「I arrived before the check in time and planned to finalize my reservation with my bank debit card. However, to my dismay the charges for my stay at the hotel were already taken from the credit card I used to hold my room. When I inquired as to why my credit card had been charged upfront, but other family members registered at the hotel didn’t have to finalize payment until their arrival. I was told by the hotel front desk, that since I didn’t make the hotel reservations directly with Aloft...

「The tv didn’t work because there was no wifi connection the room smelled moldy and there was burn marks on the furniture you can tell that room has been smoked in quiet a few times and I’m still waiting on my refund ! They had me check out so i can get my refund and im still waiting !」
