"Very cute property with extremely helpful staff. The location was absolutely amazing. The 8 and 388 buses are within metres and many more within a few minutes walk."
"The best stay of our European trip (we are Canadian).
Amazing rooms, amazing service and the hotel’s restaurant was amazing (breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and good food. The lunch and diner menu was also really amazing and affordable). "
"Lovely clean hotel with great tech controlling the room. Staff were friendly, gave recommendations for the local area and were helpful with requests. "

"This is a cute boutique hotel in a great spot in downtown London. Checking in was easy and smooth and we were within walking distance of tons of restaurants, stores, and transportation. The room was nice, if small. I accidentally booked a room without windows, which was a new experience, but the mood lighting in the room helped alleviate that to some degree.
The lobby is a nice place to relax and the Continental breakfast was great, with tons of options and fresh pastries.
Some small downsides that aren't a big deal but worth mentioning:
The room did not have a lot of storage for our clothes. The far side of the bed didn't have outlets and we had to run a cord across the bed to charge a phone overnight.
The room was also a bit stuffy, without much ventilation.
Would definitely stay here again if I came into town."
"Loved this hotel! Fantastic amenities and a convenient location near tube stations. The Sicilian restaurant in the basement is amazing and the bar on the roof looked good too. We will be back! "
Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London
10/10 Excellent
"A really comfortable stay. The breakfast provided plenty of variety. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Staff friendly and great location to stay and get around. "
"Loved our stay here. Easy check in and check out, helpful staff, clean modern room, nice coffee machine and free water refill. Nothing not to like. Only improvement could perhaps be a mattress topper but that’s minor, overall would definitely stay here again."
