"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds.
Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details.
Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam in, in the morning so you couldn’t have a sleep in, which I would think most customers would want when staying away. Need updated furniture, couch to low and hard to get out of. Surrounding gardens would be beautiful to sit in but overgrown, couldn’t go for a walk around got tangled in blackberry bushes. For the price $$$ for the night you would expect more to be included, "
