Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Double booked and did not get the stay we paid for

They double booked the room we booked, they alerted us a day before and gave us a room that was not comparable to what we booked, we never would have booked the stay they ended up giving us. We would like a full refund
