“The hotel is nice and in a great location. I am an Omni member but booked this on Hotels com as it was a better price. Checked in close to noon after traveling all morning and thought I could get my room early. Gentleman stated that were no rooms similar to the one I booked available yet. I felt like since I booked it on hotels. Com I was treated different. Hotel was not sold out, so not sure if there were any available. He stated for an up fee I could take another room.
