「It was a rocky start with our adjoining rooms booked through Expedia ( confirm by me directly with the hotel via messenger) not ready
There was a booking issue with the second room, so our family was not able to stay together on the first night. We were in separated rooms.
However, the management did their best at making it up to us with a welcome treat, and also gave us a really good late checkout to line up their flight.
Overall worked out good, thanks to Hector and staff」
