"We reserved three rooms for family visit first time in NY. My room was the family room which was comfortable and spacious as best possible for a NY hotel room. The location was good. Easy to access taxi, bus and subway. Even the subway that was wheelchair accessible. Convenience stores nearby as well as various restaurants and food carts. "Terrible… the hotel was very dirty, old, smelly and noisy... the curtains and towels has stains. No hand towels, no phone and AC was from the 80s never upgraded.
