"Great spot for easy access to Penn Station. The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and quite overall. The doormen were extremely helpful in storing luggage. They even had umbrella's as we were unprepared for the rain. Would stay again."

"Cool vibe and very helpful and friendly staff. Glad we booked an accessible room as the standard King rooms were really small (although this is the norm for Manhattan).Once it was dark it didn't feel particularly safe - a lot of drunks and homeless along 38th."

"This hotel is basically in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. The rooms are very small and compact. The staff was great and had great suggestions about food and places to go in the area. Very close to Times Square, I mean so close you can literally walk there, if your up to walk the city. Check in ..."

"Absolutely loved this place and it’s location as it was easy to commute. I would definitely recommend staying here, the front desk was polite and helpful as we got there earlier then our check in time and assist us with our luggage accommodations and later return to check in at a later time as well. Overall it was an excellent stay."

"I was greeted by a very friendly staff member when I checked in. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He even moved me to a room closer to my friends who booked a larger joint room for the bachelorette. My drain wasn’t draining well. I called the front desk and as soon as the engineer arrived at 8:30am I called again and she sent him up. I had someone cleaning my room every single day I was there and the Expedia VIP perk is a half bottle of wine which was very welcome. I will come back again for sure. The location is near many locations in New York. The breakfast is worth it. So delicious and plenty of options. The room was clean enough. If you are a neat freak you’ll notice tiny insides of corners that have been forgotten. It was just fine for me. They offer free sustainably packages water bottles downstairs. I never had to buy water of my own. You should know there’s no ice machine but they can get it for you downstairs. There is also no pool no microwaves in the room. The mini fridge is smaller than your average mini fridge. It seems you can pay to have your laundry done. The room has TV, small desk with chair, nightstands, small clothes hanging area, umbrella, iron/steamer, hair dryer, 2 small drawers. Pretty spacious queen bedroom. You can hear people banging doors and being loud in the hallway, but I couldn’t hear any neighbors being loud once they were in their room. "

"I wanted plain, simple and clean which is what I got. I asked for an iron to my room and it was there in a flash. The only downside is coffee and tea is only available from an urn in the lounge downstairs and sometimes there's no-one around to fill up for a while. "
