“Debra is one of the best hosts ever!!!! This is our second time staying at the Cottage at Georgetown. We took our first trip together and stayed here 3 years ago and came back for a special stay where we got engaged. The front porch was the perfect place for her to say "YES"! Debra was very accommodating and even met with us to give us the video of the proposal. We will definitely be returning in the future. Definitely try 600 Degrees. “Super clean and cozy with everything you need readily available. We had 5 adults and 4 toddlers so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. There was a spacious living room with games and toys. The backyard was equipped with a paddle boat and life vests, a swing, and fire pit. It was my dream home! ”

“The property is located in a very convenient neighborhood in Sun City. It has easy access to many of the amenities offered. The house is decorated with very old but OK furniture. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances, although old, work well. The new TV in the living room is confusing and limited but works well.The major issue we had with the property was cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty as were the cupboards themselves.
