A classic Eagles Mere cottage located on Pennsylvania Avenue, which is steps away from the Sweet Shop, the Village Complex, the Laurel Path, and the Hardly Able launch. The relaxing home offers a front porch to sit and have a cup of coffee or the back screened in porch.

The first floor of the cottage offers a living room with a sitting area and propane stove, a kitchen, a dining area with a large table seating six. Off of the kitchen there is a pantry with a washer and dryer and a half bath.

The second floor offers four bedrooms; a twin bed and three full size beds. Also two enclosed sleeping porches one with two twin beds and the other with one twin bed. There is also two full bathrooms with claw foot tub/shower combo.

Toss a ball during the day in the large back yard or enjoy some s'mores around the fire pit.

Bonita's Bungalow sleeps up to ten. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are negotiable for a non-refundable pet fee. Wifi, internet not guaranteed

Beautiful location

This is such a beautiful location. Can see the lake thru the trees. I didn’t realize the summer porch bedrooms were accessed thru other bedrooms. There was a lot of pet hair in the unit but otherwise clean. The final checkout document was silent on what do do with dirty towels/linens which was confusing. The checkin/checkout process was easy and did not require any face to face interaction.

Charming get away cabin.

Beautiful cabin and property. Adults and grandkids all had a wonderful time. Just a short walk to town and not far from World’s End State Park with lots of hiking paths. Relaxed at night around the fire pit or swinging on the front porch swing. Great get away b

Good home and great location!

The house is dated but very well maintained, standard amenities. Walking distance to Sweet Shop and Eagles Mere Inn. Awesome access to the lake and the Laurel Path.
