溫哥華威靈頓高地酒店住宿推介

「The air conditioner is too noise and too close to the bed.」

「Good」

「The room was decent but it needs soundproof upgrade as you can see the gaps in the door, so sound leak is frequent. 」

「breakfast very bad」

「My very long flight from Asia came in late in the evening so I was a bit wary (single woman travelling alone, that's why) about checking into an unfamiliar hotel, but Pramett (apologies if this is not the correct spelling). the gentleman who was manning the reception desk that night, was so nice and so attentive and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. I was so relieved and grateful that I really wanted to give him a big hug, but I refrained myself so as not to shock him...

「The hotel shuttle driver was very rude. I was told to wait at the airport at the 40th minute of the hour. I was there at 35th minute. The shuttle arrived early and was about to leave. I waved and asked the shuttle to stop. The driver was very angry, saying words that he shouldn't have said. I did nothing wrong, I was even early. It's that he was early. Regardless, he shouldn't have said what he has said. I will avoid this hotel next time so that I won't need to take their shuttle again.」

「可惜沒有洗衣設施」
