“Family friendly”

“The exterior photos and location are lovely, but I booked this stay to get a weekend breath after a death in the family and was devastated to arrive to an unfinished shack that had no running water, no insulation, cracks and holes in the walls with the roof patches falling in, and a wasp infestation! This is not the kind of stay that I would wish on my enemy. We froze all night, flight off spiders and yellow jackets returning to a missing nest, and were bothered by loose dogs that weren't listed……

“Enjoyed and very relaxing view...went to restaurant outside property and loved that we didn't have to go anywhere it was right outside the door...loved my stay and will look for this property again”

“A lot of area beautification needs to be done. Ants, and bugs were present in full force. Location was nice. Comfort was fine. The over powering smell of cologne took some time getting used too. There is NO hot tub. There is but it’s not hooked up to gas or a heater unit. ”

“I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony……

“We enjoyed the outdoor area and view of the lake. The house included so many toys and entertainment for everyone! The only draw back was the internet issue when we checked in which was resolved the following day. ”

“Me and my pups needed a getaway from Houston. I picked Bluebonnet Tiny Home because its size was just enough and the area was in the country with plenty of room to explore and enjoy nature. Me and my pups loved it. It was just what I needed to get some good, quiet R&R. I look forward to next time.”
