"We had a great stay at this hotel! It was newly renovated and the room was very spacious. The owners and the workers were very friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel was within walking distance of the downtown as well as some other restaurants and shops on Mountain Rd. The new owners have done an amazing job of renovating the property! They have added all the modern amenities yet kept the charm of the historic inn. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! "

"We only got to stay one night on our way to Smuggs. The place only has like 11 rooms. Room was small but clean and quaint but modern enough. The bed was very comfortable. The included cook to order breakfast was good. The room had everything you needed except a fridge. The ice machine was broken also. Location is 8 min from Smuggs, so very convenient. I would stay again, except it is a little pricey for what it is. "
