「This was delightfully wonderful!! The bedding was clean, the room was clean and smelled pleasant. We came in late at night and the young man who checked us in was so polite and helpful! Definitely recommend them!」

「The room was great. Nicely decorated. The restaurant/bar was not open during our stay. I wish that had been better communicated. I picked the place because of the breakfast option. It was situated between Llano and Kingsland, so dining options were nearby.

「Staff were nice at check-in and the location was super convenient. Included breakfast was nice.
The walls were super thin and the AC would not stay on. The floors were dirty, including with dog kibble from a previous guest. The tv was stuck on Spanish mode with the settings locked down.
For the price, I would have expected a nicer cleaner lodging. I did not bring my concerns up during the stay; I’m sure they would have been addressed.
